The Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead CloudVue through its next phase of accelerated growth and market leadership. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic leader passionate about FinOps, business scaling, and strategic financial management. You will be instrumental in driving our product innovation, expanding our market reach, securing crucial capital, and ensuring operational and financial excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Strategy: Define and execute a bold growth strategy to expand CloudVue's market share as the definitive FinOps platform.

• Capital Increase: Lead successful fundraising rounds (Seed, Series A, etc.) by developing compelling investor narratives and financial models.

• Product & Innovation Leadership: Drive the evolution of CloudVue, integrating advanced AI/ML capabilities for intelligent cost optimization, multicloud visibility, and automated governance.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability across the organization.

• Financial Stewardship: Implement robust financial planning, analysis, and cost control measures to ensure profitability and longterm financial health.

• Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new enterprise segments and international markets through strategic partnerships and targeted sales efforts.

• Team & Culture: Attract, develop, and retain top talent in FinOps, cloud engineering, and finance, fostering an empowering and accountable culture.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with customers, investors, partners, and the board, acting as the primary external face of CloudVue.

 

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a SaaS, cloud, or FinTech company.

• Deep understanding and passion for FinOps, cloud financial management, and cloud infrastructure.

• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, achieving aggressive growth targets, and driving market leadership.

• A strong track record of successfully raising capital and managing investor relations.

• Exceptional financial acumen with extensive experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

• Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of building and motivating high-performing, cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
